Papa Poule

Following the success of their French café-bakery Maman that celebrates their mamans (“mothers” in French), owners Elisa Marshall and Benjamin Sormonte are now honoring their fathers with Papa Poule. A New York version of a classic French rotisserie shop, Papa Poule features succulent roast chicken stuffed with fresh thyme, rosemary, garlic gloves, bay leaves, and peppercorns.
